If you wanted to go white, look at Azek or one of the other composite/PVC trim manufacturers.
Thanks! But i'm looking to stain it
You can buy a grooving kit at Sears and make your own panels.
Thanks! But i'm looking for the unifromity of multiple strips of factory made sheets
I have used exterior plywood with beadboard grooves. the pattern does not match the masonite produxt, but the grooves are deep. Has to be primed and painted.

I know Columbia Forest Products makes 4x8 plybead. I saw it in the warehouse. If you do not find it I might ask their sales guy who they sell it to. What species are you looking for. Fill out your profile so we know where you are and it will help.
I have used the regular 3/8 plybead from Lowes/HD and if you dig through the pile you can find some without dutchmen/footballs. You usually need to cover the back as they will have knot holes on back surface.
Lowes has prefinished wainscoting that might work for you.
