I have a two story home, on the first floor theres a beam supporting the opening. Ill add a pic below. On the left side theres some weird ladder shelving i want gone which would make the opening larger- a span of 11’. I have 2 6×8 fir beams and a 8×12 fir header beam. There are two lolli columns in the basement I would be adding one under the new jack. I guess the question is.. will these size timbers suffice this span?

You should have an engineer come and look at the situation.
It is important to understand and consider all the loads which are over this, and how they will be carried after the change, and during the transition to the new configuration.
It is impossible to tell from just this photo what is going on. It is possible all the wood is just for looks, or it may be an integrated part of the structure. It also may be that there is hidden plumbing which complicates the situation.
