Well at least one of the ingredients anyway.
These are hops I drive by fields of them everyday and thought that probably not a lot of beer drinkers have ever seen what they look like under cultivation. These are a big crop in the Central Willamette Valley in Or.
So here ya go

Whoooee. Seems like I can smell 'em from here. I'll be driving through that country in a few weeks and plan to pick up a case of my favorite Hophead brew, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Thanks for the reminder.

Evidently, it has been done, and it is known that Hop pickers do "tire easily" due to the hop oils getting on the skin. Google it and you will find out more.
Hops are grown in British Columbia, in the Fraser Valley, the crop should be looking real good right now.
When I was poor, I brewed my own beer, the choice of hops was the crucial ingredient in the recipe.
You can grow your own Hops, but commercial growers are discouraged from selling plants to the general public, you have to know someone.
Right now, I will pour a cold one and enjoy, I suggest all breaktimers do the same.
Yes, You can smoke hops or use it as a tea for a sedative.I have, and yes, it works

Piffin, The fields look strange during the winter months when the poles and guy wires and overhead wires are all that one can see. Makes it almost look like a crop of power poles is being raised on the farm."Poor is not the person who has too little, but the person who craves more."...Seneca
