I have a situation where we have a below slab Jenn-Air vent that during the rainy season seems to fill up with water due to some sort of crack or bad seam, the vent runs under very expensive wood flooring that we don’t want to tear out, does anyone have any suggestions about repairing, with some sort of liner or sleeve?

What do you mean by "fills" and rainy season. What kind of pipe did you use and how big. How many 90's etc, length? Are you sure the water in the pipe comes from the rain? It isn't a collection of condensation with warm moist air passing through that ground cooled pipe? If rain water is entering anyplace else but through either end of the pipe, you might find moisture levels under/in that slab that'll do a number on that high priced floor.
Mention everything about this situation that would make a difference. And I don't know of, but I would think there's some air inflated balloon till it dries resleeve similar to a chimney reline. Best of luck.
