I checked on the validity of that in my state and it's massively wrong..
Lake Elmo's housing prices are there but the list of houses for sale in the area is longer than your arm. As for the 4% unemployment rate,, it's not in that community. That is the vast majority of those people work other than where they live.. Lake Elmo has very little local business.. that which it has is modest retail stores etc..
You so do not want to live in East Norriton...........................
