Most of the furnaces are about the same in reliability and function, this from over 30 years experience in HVAC.
You definitely want a 90+% AFUE using outdoor combustion air.
Some brands the replacement parts are very expensive.
Personally I am currently using Goodman equipment, excellent equipment, warranty, ...
Most problems with any brand equipment less than a few years old is installation related.
As for the air exchanger not enough experience with to recommend.
