Is there a place where builders post and lead carpenters from anywhere in the country may  look? I thought I would find much more activity here but am surprised to see job listings from 2004.  I know its an almost hopeless situation for builders looking for help, but there must be a place that is getting some level of quality coverage. Anyone know?

I’m building in Western MA but wondering whether I can attract carpenters from less busy parts of the country or carpenters who just want to move to the Berkshires.
