Best way to attach TJIs to a blind rim joist?
I have a floor to build where I’m using TJI’s and OSB Rim but on one side this bumps up against the wall of the building I’m adding onto so that I can’t shoot through the rim into the TJI’s. I carry this load at the junction of the new and old building with a big glue lam that these TJI’s ride accross. I’m concerned about preventing any roll in the TJI’s do I need to use hangers or blocking here along this rim? or can I just glue an shoot down into my glue lam, and glue and shoot the 3/4 t / g sheeting going over
thanks for the thoughts.

This will show you how to fasten, and how to properly block those areas. TJI's are easily crushed, the webbing has to be fortified into a solid carrying piece where there is a point load over the beam.
