Nothing a little vinyl siding wont cure.
and leveler board...
Who ever invented work didn't know how to fish....
Whats leveler board?
Glorified high density foil covered carboard that goes up before the vynal.
Put over stucco, shakes, irregular exsisting surfaces and that type of thing to give you a flatter surface to install the vynal to.
Always knew it by that name.

I have seen much worse turned around without Tom Silva ripping all of the interior walls and plaster out.

Good potential for a parking lot..................and it wont take any work if you wait a little longer...
Maybe some new stairs inside will help..Made these in NC about 6 yrs. ago, took them apart shipped them to the client in Bentonville Ark. she is the daughter of a guy named Sam..this is ONE of her homes..make a guess.. went with one helper and reassembled them in 4 days..would not EVER do it again..But, logs dont scare me..The stringers are poplar as are the treads..treads are wedge shaped for the winders..the treads are fully scribed and the stingers coped then the dovetail cleat is attached with modified foundation anchor bolts and REALLY stout valve springs through the carriages. Every thing went together well, all the treads are level, no variance more than 1/8 inch in the rise ( at least when it was still green). Maybe Stan can get a good laugh at these..Duane
