The pictures don't look as good as the description sounds. First, 17 acres is not enough room to race Unimogs. My neighbor has that much and you'd run out of room right away, and a Suzuki Samurai is a far cry from a Leibherr. Second, if I'm going to PAY to operate an excavator, I don't want them to call it a backhoe and I want a pile of HUGE boulders I can stack into a castle, or maybe a two-story block building I can tear down.
I've thought about having a demo camp next time I have a building to demolish. I could charge good loot to let someone else knock stuff down.
Then again, I like knocking stuff down so I don't know if I want to share.
