One hour rated- choose your system based on the construction of the building. Typically, for wood frame, it's just 5/8" Type "X" drywall, but some municipalities want the rock hung on resilient channels over the framing.

Our place is an older house that had been converted to up-down duplex, but we opened the stairwell and have been using it as the original single family. When we inquired about some renovations, they had to be consistent with the property's zoning as a duplex, and a first floor breakfast nook would have to have 5/8 sheetrock on the ceiling as a firebreak between it and the second floor.
