I bid on a tile saw on eBay – was the high bidder but did not meet the reserve (minimum price set by the seller). I then e-mailed the seller to tell him that I was interested in a saw and inquired as to a price. I also tried unsuccessfully to obtain a phone number thru directory assistance for the sellers business(All info was contained on the eBay bid sheet). Now for the interesting part of this story: I have 2 e-mail accounts; 1 for business and 1 for sports. The account I used to bid was my business account and the enquiry was w/ my sports account. I received from the seller (Pro Tools Express in Ca.) two e-mails but w/ different prices for the same saw. One price was $459.99 and the other was $484.49! Go figure! I do not think that I am the first one to have this happen to but I thought that I would just pass this info along.
Just an FYI,

was the business line the cheaper rate? With an obvious construction tie in to the address name? Maybe they off pro rates at a discount?? Jeff
