   I believe you're right. As a a matter of fact, visualizing holding a baby helps me get to sleep sometimes. I try to imagine a little munchkin sleeping on my shoulder, what their breathing sounds like, etc. It's almost as effective as watching the History Channel while I'm sitting in the recliner.(-:
   Why do people say they slept like a baby, when babies wake up every 2 hours?
