Wondering about using latex based patch compound for blacktop. I always try to use the good stuff with skulls and cross bones on the cans. But every where I go, they only stock latex stuff. Will this type of patch actually work on blacktop. Why would I want to use something that can be cleaned up with water on an oil based driveway exposed to the weather. Any comments will be appreciated.
