Hi there, I’ve been seeing more and more that people are using blue skin on the outside of buildings. In one case I was speaking with someone that was using a 3ft wide piece 2 stories high, it was near an intersecting wall that saw a lot of water. The builder informed me that this area had seen some water damage due to improper flashing. They fixed the flashing issue but also installed this strip of blue skin up the wall as an extra precaution as that is where they had seen the damage occur. The architect approved all of this I am just wondering if it would be likely for there to be a double vapor barrier issue on that small of a space ie. 3ft wide? Any thoughts?

Had never heard of the product. Just checked the website, looks like you can get vapor permeable versions.
