I’m going to side a house with white pine, rough sawn 1″x12″ and 1″x2″ battens. I’m looking for furring strip installation technique to maintain air space behind siding over typical OSB wall sheathing. I’ve thought about “cedar breather” or horizontal 1x2s. Anyone with any experience or insight???? Thank you!
