Bold Faced Tape Measure For Lefties
Am seeking a tape measure with bold faced numbers for left handers. In other words when the hook is placed on the board and the tape measure is pulled to the left the numbers are not upside down. Found several with a google search but none with large numbers to accomodate my eyesight. Does anybody out there own one?

The original blindman's folding rule was so called because it could be read by weak eyes in bad light. One of our customers suggested we produce a tape measure with similarly bold markings. So we did.
Graduated as shown, it uses the Fibonacci series of markings with a line that narrows slightly at the tape edge for accuracy.
12 ft long by 1" wide in a light but tough plastic case.
Offered in both right-to-left reading (handiest in cut-off marking for right handers) and left-to-right reading.

Wownow I know why I always used to use my right hand to hold my tape while measuring from the left side of the board then having to switch hands or set down the tape to make the mark. I've been trying to be more efficient and switched my tape over to the left side and that's tough to get used to....I must be partially dyslexic cause I can't even recall which way the numbers face or if it's ever given me a problem.hmmm.
Stop by Woodcraft and check out Fastcap's "Lefty/Righty" it works for dummies like me who just use whichever hand I pick it up with.
