Anyone know of a book that draws comparisons and illustrates similarities/differences betwee these schools? If not what are 3 or more I could get to do my own study? This will have a practical application so lots of illustrations/examples is a must. TIA

Here is the web site for American Bungalow Mag

They have forums there, you might ask.
You left out a couple Craftsman and Bungalow.
I have seen a few, but mostly just quips, on the difference. Don't think that there is much in the way of detailed comparsions between those "schools", because they are so overlapping. And because of the A&C basic concepts you will find more regional variation in material and details than confuse the issues.
