Amazon has it for $139, it listed on Homedepot.com for $129, but this saturday, in store ( at last E. Stroudsburg, PA ) it was $99, no coupons, rebates needed. very good reviews on Finehomebuilding and Amazon.

Local ? Yes and no. I spend weekends and holidays in ES rebuilding my old house, but work in NYC, so I would say 50/50. I am DIY, not in trades, but since this is not JLC, it should not be a problem :)

Lowe's out here recently quit carrying it--though they do carry the Bosch worm drive, and I'm GUESSING HD is closing it out. As one of the top rated saws in FHB I'm not sure why? (Just bought mine on ebay.) <g>
