ya, I was wondering about the bosch one-handed deal. Is that something bosch has a patent on ? I was looking at drills the other day and noticed alot had the dual rings on the chucks, but the batteries never work in the display drills so I couldn’t play with them to see if they are as easy to swap out bits and tips as the bosch is. All I’ve ever had in cordless is the bosch. Are there other drills with the onehanded set up?

Prescriptive codes don't address the connection at less common angles, so base the connection off more typical ones using bolts, structural screws, blocking, and steel tension ties.

The Panasonic is one handed.
Dewalt now has the one-handed ratcheting chuck. I think more are going to it. Perhaps is a licensed design? Like the Jacobs.

oh, it is a Jacob's. So this is the Jacob's chuck I always heard about. And I've had one for years.
