My N95RHN round head nailer stopped firing today. It started as intermittent but then became constant. There is no air leak around the trigger or anywhere else. I added oil to the air input before connecting it. I replaced the trigger last year and it is not leaking so I’m pretty sure that is not it. How can I debug this? I’m assuming I need to replace an o-ring but I’m not sure which ones.

Does it make a little popping or pfftt sound when you depress the nose and pull the trigger? If so it's probably the trigger valve again, if you've been using it steady it's not unheard of for it to be out already.
If it's something else o ring wise I would expect it to leak a little some where. Anyway that's my Bostitch experience. You could also pull the piston and look for rubber crumbs inside the body and follow the trail.... might be worth it to spring for a o ring rebuild kit. The aftermarket kits are cheap but I don't know how you know they are up to factory standards.
