Stuff Properly? I was looking at ads for Br-111 Hardwood, and lots of the joints are about 1/4 to 1 inch away from eachother, three or four rows consecutively. Now, I’ve always considered this to be poor layout and workmanship on the part of the installer;
Am I wrong?
Does it not matter?
Or should I just get a life and stop wondering about stuff like this?

It's wrong but as the parts get shorter and shorter, the joints get closer and closer.

Not all the peices are short; And I would have thought they would have done better for their own adverisement.-------------------------------

that's funny ...
I noticed the exact same thing when I first looked into this manufacturer!
btw ... absolutely the best engineered flooring product I have ever used.
all four sides ... perfectly milled. Each and every piece perfectly square.
pretty much zero waste ....
this was an edge glue install ...
each piece slipped together like it was actually made to do so!
very little clamping needed ... coulda run the whole floor with a roll of blue tape!
I used a slightly different layout than shown in their ads though ...
