We are in the process of building a home. In the Nov. 2001 magazine #142, there was an article about flashing. The ridgid, lead coated copper, 16oz was recommended. We are in La. and haven’t been able to find a source for this material. Also a sales rep said he felt this was overkill. All he had was a 3oz and a 7oz. lead coated copper with kraft paper. What is your opinion?
