I repainted the brick stairs in front of my house using a white masonry primer and paint. The first time it rained it turned a bright yellow-beige. I complained to Behr, was told this should not have happened and was given a new order of masonry paint. Unfortunately the same exact thing happened again. I am not sure what is wrong. The original paint had worn off in high traffic areas but was not discolored at all. Please help.
