I purchased a property with weepholes in the brick at ground level. Also the gutters currently drain just a couple feet from many weepholes. I’m unfamiliar with this but see online that there should be flashing behind the weepholes. I don’t see any evidence of flashing or know how to determine if there is flashing. Overall it looks like a design which could allow rainwater into the structure. Just hoping for any advice on how to proceed or remediate.
