It wasn’t real expensive — a plastic B&D T-style unit at least 20 years old — but it was somewhat oversized but light, and it would sit steadily on the workpiece. I need something like that with my unsteady hands — a small, wimpy unit won’t do it.
Anyone have a recommendation for a replacement? I haven’t seen the old B&D units for decades.
Note I’m not talking about the Starrett style V units, but a T that will sit on a piece of lumber and guide your saw. Something like this: http://www.woodcraft.com/Product/2003541/3086/Protractor-and-Saw-Guide.aspx
(only not a chintzy)
