Broken 1 inch PVC under my driveway – Cut Concrete? Repace cut pieces after pipe fix?
I am seriously considering cutting a section out of the drive way along the expansion joints (Not the stamped section but the exposed agregate section) then piecing it up until if find the broken pipe. rather than repouring the concrete is is possible to replace the cute pieces and epoxy them inplace? It may seem silly – but if i carefully replae the old where it was before – what would you recommend? will upload picure if my email ever works

If the pipe is under the concrete, you'll be disturbing the compacted base to get to it. In so doing, you open yourself up to either settling or heaving, depending on your location.
I'm not sure if you're cutting across or with the length of the drive. You might expand on your description and location.
Another option is to use a water drilll to bore under the drive.
Is the water drill a DIY project?
My TV cable lines runs under my driveway and the cable company sent out a contractor with a machine that drills under the driveway. It bores using lengths of metal rods. They can attach additional rods to extend the drill's reach.
It depends on the soil. In Florida you can do it with a garden hose but where I was in Southern Md I doubt it would work at all. They have more rock than clay and nothing I would call dirt.
Drilling with water is messy and takes more time than using the rig your cable company used. Plus, some soils are simply not amenable to water drilling. And there is probably more chance (though still slight) of causing damage to the driveway (by undermining it).
