bucks for doors and windows in concrete

Hi
When using bucks to install a door or window in a concrete or masonry opening, what’s the best way to provide a break between the wood and concrete? I’d rather not use PT lumber since it will be left exposed indoors.
Ice & water? Sill sealer?
Thanks!

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming
WOW!!! What a Ride!
Forget the primal scream, just ROAR!!!
Thanks.
And both of those are okay for interior exposure?

If the windows are vinyl you don't need bucks. Order windows 1/4 inch smaller then foam them in place. Caulk the outside finish inside as usual.
Have a good day

It's actually a door that I've got, but I figured the same would apply to windows.
Thanks.
