   You may want to contact http://www.Braxton-Bragg.com for a complete line of tools and materials. Perhaps you could get one of the polishing disks designed for a grinder but use it by hand or just get compound designed for hand finishing for the small job you have.

   *Try jeweler's rouge. Be sure to get the right color and grit. Use some elbow grease first, if that doesn't do it, use a car polisher with a clean pad. Don't know what species of stone you have. Try talking to a local stone shop. For minor touch-ups, an owner should not have to resort to buying alot of stuff.
