Anyone found a builder buying group to help them in purchasing, and in particular one aimed at high end custom builders. I priced one out a few years ago and they were not saving me much, required extra work on my part, and did not offer a lot of higher end products I needed but I keep thinking there must be a way to get good pricing without constant quoting…
