I need a builder to add a second story to my kitchen and tie it into the attic, and convert the attic space to living space also. I would consider acting as the general, if any of you subcons want to talk.
If you care, the project has some potential for a FHB article, because the kitchen is a single story with a cathedral ceiling; the new addition will sit on top of that as a third floor.
