Hope to start on a 14 townhouse project in the fall. Location is Island Park (
Long Island) NY. This is about 20 min from NYC JFK airport. Each unit has about 2,500 square feet. Haven’t decided if I want to give the whole project to someone else to do or hire subs myself. All the funds are in place and there isn’t going to be any construction loan so expect to start as soon as permits are in place and keep going till it’s finished.
