Every few months I receive a membership application to the BTA, but through the years have not elected to join, so far.  Lately, though, I’ve been contemplating taking the plunge.  It’s $100 a year, which is less than I pay for my subscriptions to FHB, JLC, etc.

So are you a member?

And if you are a member of the BTA, what are the advantages of being so? 

I guess I’m starting to ride the fence, tipping in favor of writing the check.  Is it worth it?
