Building 60’x17′ commercial wall/ need help

I am constructing a 60′ by 17′ tall wall in a commercial setting. This will be a dividing wall between two stores. I am sure it has to be steel framed, using 5/8 drywall, and fire locked at the top. The issue is the building bracing in the shape of an x (4×4 steel tubing) has to be built into the wall, so I am wondering if I just attach the studs above and below the bracing or any ideas?

Post a drawing.
Just to get this straight, you say you have a building that currently has cross-bracing (double diagonals in the form of an X) in the plane that the wall will be. So the wall will surround this bracing. Correct?
This cross-bracing is 4-inch square tubing? How are the ends and the center of the X handled?
