When building an internal bathroom wall, can you build and attach the stud wall onto the 19mm cement sheet flooring? Or does it need to be built beside the flooring and attached directly to the joists?
This is the internal wall, non-structural but will house all the plumbing work.

Specifically the 2700x600x19 sheets. It even displays the stud wall sitting on top of the flooring in the brochure.
