i loved your article. seems like you really know what you are doing. I live in San Jose Ca and we are going to build an elevated deck about 700 square feet total. its over back yard not living space..
we are hiring somebody to do it and we want tile floor and nice railing. not the wood look. We want low maintenance and we think with tile floor it will? any do’s and don’ts you can tell me? things to watch for? want to make sure we go with the right method to last long with least amount of maintenance. Also anything we should make sure the contractor does? materials to use? want to make sure he does it correctly to last and doesnt take shorcurts?
can you give me any advise or recommend somebody or company I can call?
thanks in advance.
