building new house – need wall assembly sheathing advice, plz

Hello: New Home Construction, need Sheathing advice: All choices will be: 2×6 traditional stud frame 16″ OC, Stone/Brick Cladding with Rainscreen behind, and Thermafiber (Formaldehyde free) wool bats in stud cavities, sheetrock.
Choice #1: Zip (5/8s brown) taped seams or Zip 2.0 liquid seams with Exterior Rockwool Comfort Board 1″; or
Choice #2: 3/4” plywood sheathing with Delta SA peel and stick wrap with Exterior Rockwool Comfort Board 1″
Choice #3: Advantec Sheathing 23/32” with Delta SA peel and stick wrap with Exterior Rockwool Comfort Board 1″
I’ve read so much, it spins my head and I can’t decide. Builder is pushing Choice #1 bc it saves a trip around the house (IMO).
Advice please?
