My wife bought me a beautiful bottled gas grill for Father’s Day. It has the rotisserie, separate cooking unit, two burners, and cast iron (alloy?)
body and grill.
I’d like to mount it into a brick, block or stucco unit, with some sort of chimney, sink, shelving, storage, and the like.
I’m afraid of enclosing it without plenty of ventilation, to avoid building a super heated and dangerous situation. Anyone with experience and suggestions?
