My husband and I are in the process of remodeling a kitchen and are struggling with what to do with the microwave. We will have a commercial range hood so no over the stove option. I don’t want it on a counter. Is there a built-in microwave that will fit in a 24″ cabinet space?

Do a google search for 24" built-in microwave--lots of stuff pops up.
But it seems that when you add the trim kit those become 27" microwaves.
We like the new Sharps that are drawer-mounted, under the counter. We have two high end kitchens (Viking, Gaggenau, blah, blah, blah) coming up, and that is what is going in for the MW.
You can find a micro that will work without a trim. Follow the opeing/venting guidelines.
A great place for Information, Comraderie, and a sucker punch.
