There is a low cost alternative for installing baseboard around “Bull nose” corner molding. Instead of having to buy or guess, There is a tool out that makes scrap board into usefull corners. It is alot cheaper than the corners that you buy at the hardware store.

i would like to know too. i have had sections of baseboard back-scored on a bandsaw with kerfs about 1/16 apart, smeared with epoxy type glue and bent around a form with the appropriate radius to match the 'nose'. sometimes it fits,sometimes it doesn't any twist or deviation from a 90 in the wall and you have some sanding/scraping/fitting to make it look good.
