There is a low cost alternative for installing baseboard around “Bull nose” corner molding. Instead of having to buy or guess, There is a tool out that makes scrap board into usefull corners. It is alot cheaper than the corners that you buy at the hardware store.

Care to complete this? Or do we have to guess what it is?

i would like to know too. i have had sections of baseboard back-scored on a bandsaw with kerfs about 1/16 apart, smeared with epoxy type glue and bent around a form with the appropriate radius to match the 'nose'. sometimes it fits, sometimes it doesn't any twist or deviation from a 90 in the wall and you have some sanding/scraping/fitting to make it look good.
