Question: I am looking for a school on the west coast to imporve my CADD skills
on a Mac, for Residential Design. I have an Associate Degree in Arch.I
currently have a Turbo Cadd Program as recommended by Fine Hbdg. but am not
very proficient at it please advise.

I'd contact the manufacturer of the software you use or like and ask for info on a support group. Most of the better software manufacturers have close ties to the groups and offer training and educational seminars through them. Also, check your yellow pages for computer training facilites.
