Monday morning, I ordered a replacement needle and spray tip for my C-H HVLP spray gun. When it arrived on Wednesday, I discovered that they had shipped the wrong needle. I called their 800 number and told them about the problem – and that I had a seriously annoyed customer to deal with. They told me that they would check it out and get back to me.
Shortly after noon today, I got a call from the customer service folks telling me that the parts had been shipped by next day air.
My hat’s off to C-H. Their response will be remembered the next time I need air tools or equipment – or if anyone asks me for a recommendation.
