        Mr. T,

Which link? They both seem to work for me. The message link and the page link. Could it be something on your end? If anyone else is having trouble let me know.

Maybe you folks can try this. Without login on to the Taunton Press Fourms, type the URL directly in to the location bar of your broswer.

            http://www.josephfusco.com/TP_fourm.html

Let me know how that works. Thanks

            Cal,

There might be a router problem I don't know about. I get an error message from my site if I try and access my guest book. This might be a DNS problem. Where are you located? They say lightning dosen't strike twice. . .

I'm by Toledo Joe.  After that, you're on your own.  Know how to type and can negotiate some mild computer movement.  Am on aol with a 56k modem dialup. .......Remodeling Contractor just outside the Glass City.

Joe, since we're waiting, could you answer this question.  When I click on the "my forums" button, I bring up the page and it says xx new messages (1 to me) or something of the sort.  I click on the "to me" expecting it to go to that msg.  However, it doesn't.  How is that feature supposed to work?  Thanks.Remodeling Contractor just outside the Glass City.

            Cal,

Since I didn't design the system I can't really be sure how it's supposed to work, but what you think should happen sounds like what I think should happen too.The few times it did work that way for me and then a few times it didn't, so that should be as clear as mud now ;-].

Yeah..........OK..........I guess I don't feel as pathetic now as I have.  I find it very hard to pick some of this stuff up if it's constantly changing.  This is like trying to hit a good pitcher.  Sometimes it's all luck.

Thanks Joe.  And, you available for a cold one in the city 1st cpl days in July?  Visiting then and catching a ballgame.Remodeling Contractor just outside the Glass City.

          Joe,

I have found the page missing several times on other links at this site.  I think yours is still there.  Must be a problem that's site related.  Remodeling Contractor just outside the Glass City.

on my Mac using IE I've been getting "the specified server could not be found" - this the same using my bookmark, or the two links you mentioned Joe. It worked OK a couple days ago, and I copied it then - thanks for going to the trouble of putting it together - it's helpful!

No dice, Joe. Maybe you can pull up the page because it is stored in your internet files?

            Joe

Just to add to this...I've tried all the links on this site, even that last one, but they don't work. Maybe too many people were going there and it crashed for others. I'm on MSIE 6... Have been tring all afternoon...

            Thanks and good luck...Newf
