I can’t view the #2 PVC Trim video today, 3/30/2015, even though I’m logged in. Am I doing it wrong?

If that's a member only video and you're a member of FHB.com you need to log on. Top right corner of this forum page where it says login.
It is a Members Video and I am logged on. Once I click the play icon the small picture then says "Now Playing" but I don't see it playing. I used to be able to view these vdeos often. As recall I would see them playing wth a larger picture and audio.

I sent a message to someone who maybe can help.
what browser are you using? Sounds goofy, but I.E. has more than once been blamed for things like this.
Can't view PVC trim videos
Thanks for the reply. I'm using Internet Explorer on Windows 8.1. I'm thinking I should just go over to the Microsoft Store and ask them to figure it out. They have helped me in the past and it was free.
Sorry to hear you're experiencing a problem. I know it can be frustrating.
Have you double checked that other Membership videos were playing for you without issue? I did a quick check and the video appeared to be working in Chrome and in Internet Explorer. Are you able to access all other Membership content?
Thanks,
Matt
Can't view members videos
Matt,
Even though I'm logged in (I can see my first name) I still can't view the member videos. When I click to play them I get the message to sign up below. I'm thinking Fine Homebuilding has cut me off even though they deduct my payments via EFT.
