Someone parked the car without the parking brake or leaving it in gear. The homeowner was in the driveway watching the car rolling down the street. She looked over to the window and saw her son waving from the couch. She made it inside in time to grab him away from the window as the car hit the house. The car owner came running behind.
This is what I accomplished in one day by myself. Had to replace a section of the sil and doubled it up. Replaced the cripples and saved the window. Did the drywalling bit. Next I’m waiting on Hardi-plank special order and the special Malco tool to cut the nails behind the siding. Ahh another tool (-:

Upp Dats da tool... saw this little baby at JCL Live in Anaheim. Now I have a reason to buy it. Bought that and the Fiber Cement notcher. Just have to wait on Amazon to deliver... this is the longest two weeks of my life.
