Caretaker and/or Carpenter Wanted in …

I am looking for a caretaker to live on my property in exchange for basic upkeep. The house is unfinished and rough, but livable.

I will pay a person with the right skills to live there and work on the house.

The house is on 10 acres, about an hour drive to New Orleans, and you can even bring a horse.
