Way funny- chip off the old block? How about that diaper? Just short of apprentice plumber! Seriosly funny stuff--cute looks like a keeper. Mike
great pic ....
earlier this year ... my boy was 2 years old ...
I was putting together a toy for him ....
since day one ... anytime I build any of his toys ... he's there ... "helping" ...
so we're both sitting on the LR floor ... building ...
anyways ... thinking I'd kept all the dangerous stuff away from him ...
I look around and mutter "can't find my hammer" ....
he's behind my back ...
I'm facing my wife ... who ... across the room ... is reading the paper ...
all I see is her jump up and charge over .... I duck as she reaches over my head ...
had no idea what she was doing .... thought "the baby" was close to huring himself ...
I look back .... to see him "helping" ... with my 20oz Estwing raised up over his head ...
aimed at my head .... as he was gonna "hand me" the hammer!
I could picture it ...
"here Daddy ... thunk!"

My oldest who is 2 years older than this little guy 1½, is in absolute heaven helping me out. I got him a little hammer but he wants to use a "Daddy" hammer instead. Give him a bunch of nails and some scraps and he's good to go. Suprisingly he has already begun some simple assemblies and occasionally starts nailing things to the shop wall. Puts me in heaven too.

curious as to what toy you're putting together with a 20oz hammer?_____________________________

Hey guys,
All great looking kids! I think we all jump at the chance to show off our children when we can...so here I go too! This is my youngest son...almost 10 now.
Great shot, Dez. Always warms my heart to see young folks learning to handle top quality tools (like worm drives).
Thanx Jim,
He (unfortunately got moved to Va. last August...So I lost my best helper. He's actually better at puttying than a lot of adults I know, and several helpers I've had! The saw was not plugged in...but you knew that.
Dez
everything fit's better with a 20 oz Estwing!
next time I'll use the 16oz trimmer ...

Good lookin' kid ya got there.
The day we brought my youngest Son home from the hospital, my oldest Son did something like that - Grabbed a toy hammer and whacked him over the head.
Guess he thought he needed "fixed" or something...
Why is a bra singular and panties plural?
Good lookin' kid ya got there.
You know just what a Dad likes to hear Boss. I'm just proud as punch and need little excuse to show off my boys. Suprisingly, the older one is considered by the "Girls" to be the better looking of the two...
I'm jealous, man. Kids are the greatest.
Here's a recent shot of my pride and joy.
Poor kid, he doen't know yer spose to balance on one toe... hold the sheet up with yer elbow...and grab the gun from between his legs while spittin out screws... ;~)
Pride and joy Jim....pride and joy...
