I cut out the parts this afternoon, and will assemble and prime it tomorrow. I had bought 7x9s for the garage when we built the house, but when now building the 12×12 equipment shed, decided to make the matching 7×6 rollup door myself. Core is 5/4 pine, skins are 11/32 exterior siding plywood, face trim is 3/4 western red cedar, lites are true divided. Overall it is about 2-3/8″ thick, and has shiplap joints at the horizontal junctions. Each panel is 72 wide by 27-1/2″ tall. I will do a photo of the shed with garage door installed when all is done and painted. Wish it would stop snowing!
