I have to replace a window. On the outside of the house is the old cement board shingles. I’m looking to find the best way to cut through them around the window so I can drop the other window in. Some I can just pop out, but others run into wires, lights etc.. that I don’t want to get involved in, so I want to cut those areas out somehow and then cut new shingles to fit. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Are you sure those aren't asbestos shingles?
