I have a vitrus (sp?) china drop-in bathroom sink bowl that is bone color. I’d like it to be white. Any way to change the color? Reglaze? Other ideas? It is fairly small. (~ 14″ x 17″). A new one is about $160-300 and I’m not sure I can find a new one to fit the application exactly. Haven’t found one yet anyway. The old one is in new condition. Thoughts?

Sorry, but if that could be done all the pink or pea green sinks wouldn't be in the landfill.
You might possibly be able to "refinish" it the same way they do enamel tubs -- sand and/or acid etch it to create "tooth", then coat with an epoxy paint. But the finish would be far less than perfect, and it would be very fragile (scratch/chip easily) compared to the original. And the cost would probably be fairly high.

If you have a large enough kiln you can reglaz it any color you want.
I do not have that big a kiln.
